The number of prescription uses was calculated by counting each prescription listed for each disease as one use, and the number of distinct prescriptions was calculated by counting identical prescription names as one. The total number of distinct prescriptions was derived by removing duplicate prescription names from all prescriptions, not by summing the area-level counts.
